Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Our team uses computer simulation methods, so we can predict how a product reacts to force, vibration, heat, fluid flow and other physical effects. We use FEA to show when and how a product will break or wear out, and so make your product more reliable.
Mould Flow and Tolerance Analysis If you’re planning a plastic injection moulding, we can stimulate material flow through the mould. Before the mould is built, we can spot any problems and so enhance mould quality, performance and product appearance significantly.
Prototyping & Manufacturing
Prototyping and Rig Building Our team develop realistic prototypes and build rigs, and so provide feedback, testing and design validation. BESYO has an in-house Stratasys Objet500 Connex3 3D Printer and CNC machines. We use this to produce models in engineering plastics, digitally blended rubbers, and 450 different colour combinations including transparent regions. We can create extremely high resolution parts with almost any mechanical and visual property you require.
Manufacture Ready Data We take many projects all the way to the manufacture-ready stage, because of our rigorous testing and validation process. You will save valuable time and money bringing your product to market because manufacturing partners can cut tools directly from our data.
